You should start by download the version that you choose, you will got your login (admin) and your password (geoserver).
On OpenGeoSuite Dashboard, Point on "Preferences" and copy the adress of the folder that you found in "Data Directory".
Open this folder and copy your shapefiles in that content. Then go to Dashboard and point on Geoserver. After that click on "Import Data" to import your shapefiles. Browse your files, highlit them and import.
Turn back to Dashboard, and click on GeoExplorer, then choose add layers, you will find your shapefiles. Click on your shapefile twice, it will appear on your display. Then Import layer to get the code that you will embed in you html file

why when i open server it gives me error

Maybe you had not clicked on "Start" on the dashboard ? its a green button...
i think did and it turned into shutdown in red as same as in video
